Please note, the tattoo ticket is a form sent out to you via email, you are required to fill this form in and return it to me at sarah@swillistrations.co.uk which I will sign and then return to you as proof of permissions granted.
 
This item is non-refundable! If you have any questions before committing to purchase, please get in touch via sarah@swillistrations.co.uk and I will answer them for you :-)

The tattoo ticket is a digital file that you are required to fill out and return to me, and you will not recieve anything physical for this purchase.
 
	
With the purchase of this file, you will recieve my written permission to get any work (aside from commissioned client work) tattooed on your body. 
 
	
The tattoo ticket will grant the purchaser the non-exclusive, one time use to get their chosen illustration as a permanent tattoo. The artwork cannot be changed in any way.
 
 
	
Please note: I am NOT a tattoo artist, you will be purchasing the permission to use my artwork and take to a tattoo artist of your choosing (I will not be recommending any tattoo artists).
 
	
	
The choice of tattoo artist by permit holder is out of my control and I do not take any responsibility for any incident or mistake that might occur during the process of tattooing by tattoo artist, nor for any conditions/injuries that may occur during or after the tattoo is completed.
	
 
	
Please do not get my work tattooed without my permission, as this is an infringement of copyright law.
